Walking through Venice is like stepping into a water color painting. There is no clear division of where the colors begin and end, especially as the reflection in the water creates this joke to fool the eye. And then-- there is Venice in the autumn, often set within a heavy morning fog that does nothing but enhance the allure, while blurring the lines. A truly unique city that I have finally returned to after 10 years-- Venice is just as I remember it, if not even more incantevole, everywhere the eyes may lead.
